I had a wonderful time choosing my Mother of the bride outfit with my daughter. I was made to feel very welcome , and the ladies assisting were extremely helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for . Their advice was very helpful and I was given plenty of time to try on many outfits , there were so many to choose . The first dress I tried on I just new it was for me and I was quite emotional and relieved to have said ‘yes to the dress’ I can’t wait to wear it for the wedding in August 🥰

Today I went over to get my dress sorted for my daughters wedding which will be in May 2024.
I wasn't sure on styles so I wasn't sure what to expect.
The ladies where lovely.. explain how the shop is set up. Advise to have a walk round pick up 6 dress and try them one.
I end up trying 12 dresses on in the end and I finally find the one.
It was perfect . Face time my daughter and she loved it.
I would recommend mother of the bride shops . ..

I visited Mother of the bride a couple of weeks ago with my mum and aunt. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. My mum is quite shy and never treats herself so I wanted her to feel a million bucks on my wedding day. Not only did she look amazing in all of the dresses she had chosen to try on, the staff helped her with styles once they got an idea of what she liked/what looked good on her. She came away with a stunning dress and she had the best experience! Thank you so much to everyone at MOTB

oday we found a beautiful dress I had seen on their website and social media sites. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, telling us about their designers and info regarding their stock. A nice glass of bubbles to get started, I knew the dress I wanted so for me did not try much else just in a different colour and size as loved the dress , also bought a hat to go with, many different choices. I would certainly recommend and go back. I have the dress I wanted now ready for my sons wedding .. Thankyou to you all x

I visited Mother Of The Bride Birmingham on a whim . I called to ask about the dresses and Tracey said to come over and try on . I was very anxious about trying on , but I had the best experience . From the moment my Daughter and I walked in, we were made to feel totally at ease . The choice of dresses and sizes is absolutely fabulous ! I found my dress , first one I tried on and got all of my beautiful accessories too . Thank you all so much , I would definitely recommend this beautiful shop 🥂💕

So today I went to “just have a look” & completely out of my comfort zone but from the moment I walked into this beautiful shop I was treated like royalty 💕
Tracey & Carla are totally amazing, professional & honest. They knew exactly when to advise, when to stand back & when to reassure 💕
I cannot thank them enough for the help & advice they gave me today which resulted in me leaving the shop complete with a beautiful dress & stunning hat 💕
I cannot wait to show it off at my daughters wedding next year💕

Four years on from my first visit I was in no doubt about where I was going to get my outfit for my eldest sons wedding. Tracey and the team listened to what I wanted and while I browsed they also added dresses they thought I might like - I was spoilt for choice. Nothing was too much trouble and they made the whole experience very special. I can't recommend highly enough.

I’ve just had a fabulous afternoon at Mother of the Bride. As a plus size mum I really was worried about my outfit. The staff are second to non, so patient, knowledgeable and just down right nice!! I felt a million dollars and said YES to my dress. Thank you xx

Visited with my sister and cousin today. Never heard of this shop but found it on the net. What a find!! Fabulous stock lovely girl called Cala served us. My sister was looking for a dress for her granddaughters wedding next May. This is first shop we had found and she tried on 3 dresses before she found the one. So thrilled she bought it. She went out this morning not even knowing about this shop as I hadn’t told her. Would highly recommend

Contacted this fabulous shop and explained that my sister was struggling to find an outfit for her son’s wedding in 3 weeks time! When I explained to the lovely lady that my sister was extremely stressed, she responded by saying “Don’t worry, we have lots of beautiful outfits and if I have to stay here until 10pm we will find her the right outfit”I was given an appointment at the time and day I requested, which was at incredibly short notice given our panic! From arriving in the shop the ladies were lovely to my sister and put her at ease. They explained the layout of the shop and allowed us to pick out designs we liked, no pressure. The lovely lady then found the perfect outfit for my sister, she looked amazing. Also, she sourced the matching shoes and handbag and fascinator which topped the outfit. We bought the outfit and accessories and a lovely touch was the ringing of the bell! I just want to say a huge thank you to all the lovely ladies who helped my sister feel special and for settling her nerves with a lovely cup of tea. You are amazing and some other similar outlets need to improve their service to your level, as we previously had some not so pleasant experiences. Thank you.
